We originally established Kensington and Chelsea Property Maintenance (kacpm) in 1991 and we are proud to celebrate 25 years of trading.
Since then we have grown from strength to strength, mainly based on the recommendations of our clients.

We brought a new fleet of vehicles in 2011, Our new vans are black and our logo has been updated and now has a black background too.
In 2007 the Western extension charge was brought in and we had to increase our charges at that time to cover the Congestion Charges costs.
