C2 Maintenance Limited was formed in 2008, originally as a specialist maintenance company for residential blocks of flats. It was identified that there was a need in the market for a property maintenance company with in-house knowledge of the legal framework for the management of blocks of flats.
C2 Maintenance Limited provides its clients with a complete facilities management service including cleaning, gardening and pest control services, in addition to undertaking comprehensive repairs and maintenance to our clients' buildings.The company has developed to be able to provide building maintenance and repair services to individual property owners.
Many owners of residential apartments appreciated the fact that a company employed to maintain their block as a whole could be relied upon to undertake repairs to their individual property. This meant they would not have to take the risk of using some unknown and untried contractor. Having an existing presence on site also meant that we could offer very competitive rates to individual owners.
